My import failed. What do I do?

If an import has errors (e.g., missing required fields like Last Name, or invalid email formats):

  1. The system will show an error summary (e.g., "10 errors out of 69 items").
  2. Review the error list displayed on the screen.
  3. Fix the data in your Excel file.
  4. Click Try again or restart the import process.
