Click the orange Ask Max button in the top header. A pop-up window will appear where you can:
- Type a request: "Hi, I am Max... create a quote for..."
- Use Suggestions: Quickly click options like "Create new quote," "Create new contact," or "Create new invoice."
- Improve Content: Use tools to "Improve," "Summarize," or "Translate" text.
