Credit notes are identified in the "Type" column with a distinct label and often show negative amounts in the "Total Incl. VAT" column.

Yes. Once a credit note is finalized and viewed, you can click the dropdown arrow next to the primary action button and select "Mark as paid". This will update its status in the main invoice list.
